When international trade was just beginning to take its first steps in global development, in 1920, a visionary named Don Benjamín Toruño established one of the first customs agencies in Guatemala called Agencia de Aduanas Toruño, where he worked on creating a family business that would transcend generations. In 1991, Don Juan Francisco, Toruño's grandson, founded Consolidados 807 (C807) as a subsidiary company and invited his brother Estuardo Gabriel to be part of the development of this new enterprise, which emerged with the goal of supporting the international logistics of the apparel industry and brands, both local and international, replicating the business model in El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua. In this way, C807 contributes to the development of textile maquila in the region. Currently, C807 is a company that continues to grow and innovate with the aspiration of making the import and export logistics process easier in the Central American area, thanks to its deep knowledge of conditions and laws in each country where it operates.
